Management Team

DEE - GENERAL MANAGER
I graduated from Indiana University Northwest 2001. I have been a part of Dr. Sim’s team since graduation. I am the Treatment Coordinator, as well as a hygienist. I love helping patients accomplish their dental goals. I enjoy spending my spare time with my daughter and friends camping and reading.
DESTINIE - GENERAL MANAGER
I have been in the dental field since 2002. Jon and I have been blessed with two amazing little boys. My favorite activity outside of work is spending time with my family. I also speak Spanish fluently. I enjoy working with Dr. Sim, and our team. I love helping patients achieve their dental goals.
CARA - OFFICE MANAGER
I have been with Dr. Sim since October 2018. I’m really enjoying working in such an interesting field, and enjoy more knowing I’m doing this alongside with not just co-workers, but an AMAZING work family. I am blessed with a beautiful daughter Mia. She is truly my best friend and greatest challenge at life. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my daughter, family and friends.
julie - Office manager
I have been with Dr. Sim as a receptionist since February 2011. I have been married to my wonderful husband, John, since 1994. We have five beautiful children that keep us very busy. I love to spend time with my family and friends. I enjoy gardening, doing home improvements and shopping!
KACEY - HR Manager
I have been with Family Dental Care since June 2016. I have been married to my husband Justin since May 2012. We have two adorable children together. They sure keep our lives busy and full of laughs. Outside of work I love spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy crafting and shopping.
