You’re welcomed walking in the door, offered refreshments, and they have an area for young children to entertain while waiting. Very clean office and polite staff. Dr. Sim is considerate while performing procedures and makes sure you’re good from beginning to end.
The staff is so great with children. My daughter loves going to have her baby teeth cleaned. My 6 year old is so excited to come back to get her 1st tooth pulled. I give that credit to the staff for making her experience so fun.
